4. Intellectual Property Infringement

Any infringement results in immediate removal of content, suspension or termination of access, and initiation of legal proceedings.

5. Content Removal

artsanat.gallery reserves the unilateral right to remove any content, restrict access, or terminate accounts in cases of legal violations or rights infringements.

6. Liability

Users bear full responsibility for all actions performed on the platform. artsanat.gallery assumes no liability for unauthorized use, copyright violations, or damages arising from user misconduct.

7. Amendments

artsanat.gallery reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and the Copyright Policy at any time. Updates take effect upon publication.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Turkish courts.
